It looks delicious to me. I love all the large, whole nuts on top. I love brazil nuts and I see a big one! That is a huge piece of rich cake. Do these cakes have some sort of "libation" soaked into the cake? This cake would not be on healthy eating plan except on holidays but it is fun to daydream about eating that wonderful treat.

Mmmmm - looks yummy! I bet these don't get passed down from Christmas to Christmas as doorstops!
