The Christmas Programme

Parents got to join their children at school recently for the big Christmas celebration.

Amiri's class sang a song.  Amiri, however, did not.

Arram's classroom had a visit from Santa!!

Arram even got a hug when he went up for his present.

Then we had a picnic outside.

Arram was a really good eater.

So was Amiri.

Then, it was playtime.  We got to jump for the reindeer...

...and reach for the balloons...

...and hey, it's OK if we don't quite make it...

...because we'll just play with the jingle bells!

Arram is so grown up! He even is brave enough to give Santa a hug. I still can't get used to the summer garb worn by everyone at CHRISTMAS time!

O what fun the boys are having!

And by the way - happy summer to you! and - O JOY - happy winter to us!!

there is still no snow in Lansing and probably won't be for Christmas as the forecast calls for rain and temps near 40.

Love you guys, and God Bless!

We have only a dusting of snow here, very unusual for this time of the year! Since 1900 this is the 5th least amt of snow we have had or 5th slowest start of winter.
That tells a lot! I don't miss it and it cheers me up to see the fun they are having!

I just love these pictures. Amiri looked so cute with his chocolate face. Arram was a brave boy with a hug for Santa. I just love the warmer weather for Christmas and I love your flowers! Jesus was born in a desert so I am totally okay with no snow this year. Merry Christmas and all our love for a Happy New Year.
