All the Christmas traditions

The boys learned valuable cookie-decorating skills...

And MAN did they put them to good use!

And we had a trip to see Santa in the mall.   You can't see Arram in this photo, of course, so you'll just have to imagine his verbal accompaniment to this photo:  "No!  I don't waaaaaaaant tooooooooo!"

O my goodness those are some plump cookies! I bet they melt in your mouth! Hopefully some have been saved for Christmas Eve!

I hadn't noticed before - but has Amiri grown a couple more inches? He looks so lanky sitting there on Santa's lap.

I love the happy flowers in your header photo - they are so perfect for Christmas!

The cookies are plump because they are very small. They are actually Play-doh cutters from The Adventures of Nemo play set (fish, whales, starfish, crabs, lobsters, sharks) each about 1.2" across. I can certainly be creative in my cooking untensils. Of course, we'll have to use them every Christmas from NOW ON! Who needs reindeer, Santas, bells and trees? If they have colorful frosting and sprinkles, they qualify. And, they do taste goo.

The cookies look wonderful. You can tell Arram that I never wanted to sit on Santa's lap also so he is not alone in the family on that. Next year, he may feel like it. Amiri and Arram are both growing up so fast. Have a cookie for me.
